The team in Canberra, where I work with Kadison, has meant a streamlined process for monthly invoicing, and end of year tax compliance and requirements. COVID has put further complications into the landlord/tenant relationship, and Burgess Rawson ( as a company) has been good at anticipating landlord's position, and getting tenants to clearly understand and abide by the rules that govern leases.
