  I recently sold my property through Alexander. From the get go, he knew his stuff and provided helpful advice to get the house ready for sale. During the campaign, he provided clear feedback and answered any questions I had. His negotiation skills meant I secured a great price for my property.   Edward and his team were exceptional. I needed to find an apartment urgently due to relocating for work from Brisbane to Canberra in a weeks time, and they made it happen within 1 hour of speaking to them. I now have my dream apartment right in the city 5 mins walk from my new workplace, and the whole process including signing the lease was completed within 1 hour of making an enquiry.
  
  This was incredible service considering the extremely competitive rental market in January, and considering all of the bigger agencies didn't offer any personalised service aside from emails and online bookings.

  I originally approached Alexander around two years prior to actually selling the property as well as other agents. As I live interstate I was relying on the expertise of agents in Canberra. When I said I wasn't ready to sell back then all the other agents dropped off but Alexander continued to provide me updates on places that sold in the area but there was never any pressure to sell. Due to that I just knew I wanted Alexander to sell my property. Throughout the entire process he set my expectations and kept me updated. He really knows his stuff, how to communicate with people and just what it takes to get the best for both the seller and the buyer. He went above and beyond what I would have expected an agent to do even to the point where he was going to mow the lawn for me prior to the sale. If you are looking for an agent that has your best interests at heart and not just chasing the sale then I definitely record Alexander and the team at Instyle!
