  Recently, Claire has been helping with my shoulder recovering from acute trauma to the AC joint several months ago.
  
  It's been tough not being able to rock climb during this time and a lot of my hard gained strength is all but gone—this is really dejecting for a sport that punishes quickly and brutally if training lapses just a bit. However, I'm glad I made the decision to seek professional help to start the process of building back the lost strength and stability the smart way. She's understood my situation excellently and, as eager as I was to just throw caution to the wind and hit the problem with intense circuit and weight training, I'm glad I've listened and now understand just how under-prepared I was.
  
  In addition to this, she's identified other issues my body has which can be improved to help my overall climbing performance, but as well as posture and balance of muscle groups in general. I'm now understanding that this is the fastest way I will actually be back on the cliffs and I'm likely to be better off for it as far as performance goes.
  
  So all-in-all, a very knowledgable and experienced physio with a friendly and funny personality too. Thanks, Claire!

  Very happy with the level of service! I’ve seen Cameron three times and he has relieved pain I’ve had for months! He’s also helped me regain my full range of movement. A real life changer!

  Fleur is an amazing physio who really understands all facets of the body and how they interact. The rest of the team are really professional and always enjoyable experience.

  I needed to see a physio quick fast to check my shoulder and I'm so happy they had an appointment readily available.
  I've been seeing Clare for the past couple of months, and she's been nothing short of amazing. Her diagnosis as well as recommended exercises have done wonders.
  Would definitely recommend Kingston Physio to anyone looking for great care

  Had to see a physio and did a quick google. Glad I chose Kingston Physio. The reception staff are nice and Cameron (Snr Physio) was very professional. I’d recommend him if you’re looking for someone.

  Emailed their practice through their website and was contacted really quickly. Physio very professional and had plenty of time to explain my long term knee problem. Exercise and stretching program worked really well and I have kept the issue at bay with maintenance exercises in the gym. Reception staff also very friendly.

  I would give them ten stars - if I could. Andrew Bonatakis is the Physiotherapist I saw and apart from the excellent treatment I received, he went out of his way assist me, arranging an early appointment with a heavily booked up Orthopaedic surgeon. I continue to see Andrew and highly recommend him.
